The Eclipse 500 is built using state-of-the-art manufacturing procedures and is powered by twin Pratt & Whitney Canada turbofan engines. Standard features include autothrottle, a flight management system, and Avio NG. Avio NG continuously monitors all of the Eclipse 500 avionics and systems, providing pilots with an unprecedented level of information about the aircraft.

The Eclipse 500 combines high-performance flying with the safety and reliability of a commercial airline. Yet unlike a commercial airline, the Eclipse 500 can serve over 10,000 airports in the United States, saving the business traveler time and money.

This online auction, the Eclipse Private Marketplace, powered by eBay, offers exclusive access to bid on a new Eclipse 500 jet. The winning bidder will receive Serial Number 000082. This aircraft will be available for customer delivery at Eclipse Aviation Corporation in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in early December 2007.

Also included with the winning bid is participation for one person – an owner or designee – in Eclipse Aviation's Type Rating Training program. This elite program provides the most comprehensive flight training available in general aviation and equips Eclipse 500 pilots with the skills they need to begin their Eclipse experience.
